• Add a product to the basket.
• Fill in the order form.
• Confirm the order in case of the choice of COD manner of payment,
  or pay for the order in case of payment by transfer.
• At the moment of shipment you will receive a confirmation of the completion of your order.

Manner of delivery and payment:

• Poczta Polska PRIORITY MAIL (delivery: 3 working days) (COD) – 12 PLN (manner of delivery and payment available for orders up to 198.99 PLN)
• Poczta Polska PRIORITY MAIL (delivery: 3 working days) (transfer) - 8 PLN (manner of delivery and payment available for orders up to 198.99 PLN)
• OPEK Courier (delivery: 1 working day) (COD) – 18 PLN (manner of delivery and payment available for orders up to 399.99 PLN) (in case of orders above 199 PLN free delivery!)
• OPEK Courier (delivery: 1 working day) (COD) – 18 PLN (manner of delivery and payment available for orders up to 399.99 PLN) (in case of orders above 199 PLN free delivery!)OPEK Courier (delivery: 1 working day) (transfer) - 12 PLN (in case of orders above 199 PLN free delivery!)

Estimate duration:

Next to each title we present estimate time period within which we are able to deliver you the title.
Titles constantly available in sale are marked with 24 h time period.
In case a title is unavailable on stock, the delivery time may be prolonged to 7-14 working days.
To specified period of delivery 2 days should be added in case of Poczta Polska delivery or 1 day in case of OPEK courier.

Completion of the order:
Completion of the order starts at the moment of its confirmation (COD orders) or posting the payment (orders paid by transfer).

In case of COD please remember to confirm the order by e-mail.

Returns:
Each title bought may be returned within 10 days as of the date of purchase without specifying the reason. We guarantee the return of amount paid for the products. Any and all return details have been described in the regulations.
